The fourteenth day started off on a humorous note. After checking out of our hostel, we attempted to catch the train from Grindelwald Terminal to Interlaken Ost, but we ended up running late and missed it. The train departed right before our eyes. Oh well, these things happen, so we waited for the next train.
From Interlaken Ost, we went to Basel. Basel is a border city located between Germany and France. In Basel, the cultural scene is vibrant, with many museums, and the country’s oldest university, the University of Basel, is situated there.
I was very happy that we had a chance to stop there and go for a walk without any rush or further surprises.
After a few hours of walking in the city of Basel, Switzerland, we headed to Stuttgart, Germany, for the night. After so many adventures, it was kind of weird to arrive in Stuttgart on time and without any troubles or delays. 😀
And here are some photos that I took during our walk in Basel. 😊
